IT Jobs are becoming difficult

Hyderabad, May 30th: Many Students think that 'It is enough to join in leading Engineering colleges which get software's companies for Campus recruitment and they can get selected in at least one company...' but IT Professionals and Company Representatives are warning the students.

They are telling clearly that only who can write Crucial Programming in Software field only will get the jobs.
Companies are joining to engineering colleges and conducting Aptitude Test, Group Discussion, communication skills, and observing the candidate personality after all these they are selecting the students.

But as per the changes happening in the world, the IT industries are giving priority to the candidates who can write Software code effectively.

So far, product companies like Microsoft only have seen it. Now Several companies are following the same.
The HR divisions of companies are already informing colleges to focus on programming code writing. So far, people from mechanical, civil and other departments are also being taken, But From now on, those branches also should learn the software language required.

Approximately 8000 people are getting selected for campus recruitment in Telangana state. Sudheer Pothumanchi Director of Acquisition, Kony.Inc said that 'Skill should be required for solving the problems for that we have to think logically, need to write programming it is important.

Till now it is fit when students say learned Java and Dot Com. But from it is mandatory of learning Programming Code. For that learning Data Structures, Algorithms is important.'
