Congress ready to join TDP

Hyderabad, May 26: The political war has begun ahead of 2019 elections, here is the news that, The TPCC on Thursday officially announced that it was willing to work with the TDP and contest the next elections.

One of the Senior Congress leader and former Union minister S Jaipal Reddy said here on Thursday that though the Congress had opposed the TDP in 2014 elections, as an opposition party, they are now ready to fight against the TRS with the help of all political parties except the BJP.

It may be mentioned here that TDP working president A Revanth Reddy had also made it clear that the Telangana TDP was willing to have an understanding with the Congress in the next elections.

When asked how could the TDP, which had always opposed to the Congress, think of having some kind of understanding, Revanth Reddy said that as of now Congress was in the Opposition.

The fight of the TDP was against the ruling party. In Telangana, the ruling party is TRS and hence there is nothing wrong in going with the Congress.
