GST : Walmart to conduct Workshops

Hyderabad, May 23: A good news for MSME operators. Walmart India will conduct a series of workshops.
This workshops will be conducted for SME supplier partners so that their GST compliance levels would be improved.

The company said that the move will minimize disruptions in its businesses and would enable SME partners to achieve good growth in the new tax regime.

The company issued a statement that the company will provide structured training programs on the various aspects of GST.

We have already conducted a few demos have already been in Ludhiana and Hyderabad these demonstrations were attended by 76 supplier partners. The company has said that further events are planned in Delhi, UP and Central India over the next few weeks.

The Company CEO said that "with the implementation of GST there would be certain hiccups and we would like the traders to be aware of the complexities involved so that they can transit better".

Finally, the company has hailed the PM determination and commitment to implement biggest tax reform from July 1, 2017.
