Amit Shah about BJP in 2019 elections

New Delhi, May 21: BJP President Amit Shah said that his party BJP will win the next general election in the country in 2019, he made the above statements here on Sunday.

While coming to matter, he said that his party will win the huge margin than the majority achieved in the 2014 elections.

While Addressing media persons here during a 'Meet-the-Press' program of the Chandigarh Press Club, he said that the people of the country were overwhelmingly behind the BJP government at the Centre led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.



"We will win 2019 general election with a much bigger majority. It will be much bigger than last time (2014)," Shah said.

He also noted that the BJP, in three years of being in power in the Centre, had provided a corruption-free and development-oriented government.

The BJP Cheif Further said that "The BJP has freed the country from (the shackles) of casteism (jaativaad), dynastic politics (pariwarvaad) and appeasement."
