Telangana Minority Residential Schools- Admission Mela

Hyderabad, May 17: Here is a great opportunity to the students to get admissions in Telangana Minorities Residential Schools.

The Secretary of Telangana Minorities Residential Educational Institutions Society (TMREIS) B. Shafiullah is going to organize a One-day 'Admission Mela' on May 18 for the classes V to VII.

The Admission Mela on Thursday will be held at 26 places in the state.

While speaking to media on Tuesday, He said that the parents only need to bring study proof of previous class, Aadhar card and two photographs of the students. Any student who I a resident of the state can seek admission in any school irrespective of the district he/she belongs to.

He said that"On the spot, admission will be allotted on vacant seats on first come first serve basis"

As against availability of 32,000 seats, 85,000 applications are received online. Having failed to secure the TC and Bonafide certificates, many students have not reported to the TMR schools.

Now the procedure in the admission mela is further simplified and parents need not produce TC right now. Some schools are reluctant to furnish the TC and Bonafide certificates.TMREIS will take up the matter with higher authorities later.
