KCR calls on Governor Narasimhan

Hyderabad May 16: Telangana Chief Minister Kalwakuntla Chandrasekhar Rao has called the Governor ESL Narasimhan at Raj Bhavan here on Monday.

coming to details that they were discussed for more than an hour and understood to have the new welfare measures sought to be implemented by the State govt, which including the Rs 8,000 assistance per acre for the farmers and the response received for the single woman pension scheme.



The implementation of the Telangana land bill that got the Presidential assent recently was also said to have come up for discussion.

The meeting assumed significance in view of the extension given to Governor by the Centre.
