Nirbhaya case on Medical Superintendent

HYDERABAD, MAY 15: Nirbhaya Case was filed on Dr. Ch. Sathya Narayana, Medical Superintendent of Basava Tarakam Indo American Cancer Hospital here on Sunday.

Coming to details, An employee filed Sexual Harassment case on Dr. Ch. Sathya Narayana, on Sunday. She also works in the Same hospital.

According to police, Sandeep Nayak (43) of Sambalpurin Orissa State is the manager of Quality Assurance Department at the Indo American Cancer Hospital in Basava Tarakam. The employee lives next to the hospital.

Medical Superintendent Dr. Ch. Satyanarayana frequently called her and asked to come to his chamber.

He used to made calls in the name of Quality Rounds, Audit Medical Records etc. He harassed the employee to come to dinner, Movies, with him. He also asked to come for outings on Holidays and weekends with him.

She was sexually abused. She was mentally and physically abused by him for telling objection for his words.

She complained to the Banjara Hills police along with the labor officials. Police registered a case under section 354 (A) and 509 of IPC on Satyanarayana and doing the investigation.
