Tribal held on charges of raping & killing mother

Bhuvaneshwar, May 14: As the country celebrating the mothers day here is the panic incident that happens in the Bhuvaneshwar district that a tribal raped his mother and at last he murdered.

The Police officials have been arrested a trial on the charges of raping and murdering his 72-year-old mother under the influence of intoxicants in Odisha's Mayurbhanj district, the police said on Sunday.

while going to matter, Police said that The accused identified as Hari Marandi (45) committed the crime on Saturday when other family members were away from their house in Dambaru Dahar village.

Meanwhile, Betnoti Sub-divisional Police Officer Dhirendra Nanda said that He has been arrested under Sections 376 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code dealing with rape and murder.

The Police are further investigating the case.
