SBI cuts home loan intrest rate

Mumbai MAY 09: A good news for home loan takers.
The State Bank Of India on Monday slashed the home loan interest rates by 25 basis points.

The SBI issued a statement in this regard.
The details are as follows

The reduced interest rate is valid only for home loans taken under the category of Affordable Housing.

We know that a loan amount of RS 30 lakh or below comes under Affordable housing category.

* The reduced interest will come into effect from today.



* This scheme will be applicable for loans taken before
July 31, 2017.

* The new interest rates are as follows

for women employees -8.35%
for non-employee women -8.40%
for employee men -8.40%
for other men -8.45%

so take a home loan and be happy.
