Applications starts for lonely women

Hyderabad May 08: The Telangana State Government has implemented many schemes. Now it has issued guidelines for the implementation of the "financial assistance to single women" scheme.

Applicants can fill they application forms from Monday.

Chief Minister K.Chandrashekar Rao is planning to give Pensions to nearly 2.5 Lakh Single Women's.

Coming to details, Married women above 18 years who had been separated from their husbands or whose husbands had deserted them, can apply for this Pension.

Under this scheme, the Single Women will get Rs 1,000 per month.

As per the order from KCR, the officials are making arrangements to select the Single Women within 29th of this month and are planning to provide the Pension from June 2nd on the Telangana Formation Day.

In order to complete the process, Government General Secretary SP Singh spoke with the District Collector's in video Conference and with the Officials of GHMC he organized special meetings and explained to them how to do the proceedings and all.

The government is arranging, 1000 Mee-Seva's in GHMC, 30 Deputy Municipal Commissioner offices, 31 Tahsildar (MRO) offices to receive the Applications.

They have arranged a special team to give the awareness about Single women about this scheme and also to give awareness about the bank account and asked them to open the bank account those who are not having it.

Selection Process contains these following steps:-

# Municipalities will receive the Applications from 8th May (Monday) to 13th May (Saturday).
#Applications are received through Mee-Seva centers in villages and Municipalities.

#Received applications should be verified from Tuesday to 18th May.

#Selected members list should be displayed on Gram Panchayath offices, and Municipal wards from May 19th - 21st May to receive the objections of the Recipients.

#List of beneficiaries will be given on 22nd May.

#22nd May to 25th May the data will be uploaded into the computer and from 26th to 29th May all the proceedings will be completed and the fund will be Transferred.
