Bombay High Court orders Forensic test of EVM

Mumbai MAY 08: We know that there is a growing concern about the working of the Electronic voting Machine EVMs.

We know that opposition parties have demanded the roll back of EVMs because there may be a chance of tampering them.

The opposition parties claim that BJP has allegedly tampered the EVms and it has won the UP elections recently.

The opposition's claim got teeth yesterday when Bombay High Court has ordered for the forensic test of EVms to prove whether can be manipulated or not.



The High Court gave the above judgment while referring to a case filed by
Ab Chazed. He has lost an assembly election of Maharashtra in 2014.
He belongs to congress party.
