KCR to support BJP in President Elections?

Hyderabad May 06: The President elections have been doing some buzz around the country. Already some parties are preparing their own action plan to oppose the BJP govt's President candidate.

In such a Scenario the role of regional parties is crucial for BJP to win presidential elections.

so Bjp has started contacting TRS in this issue informally.

Some sources say that Mr. Venkiah Naidu Union Minister who is close to Telangana CM has conveyed this matter to TRS party Cheif in a meeting held recently.but KCR hadn't given any assurance to Minister.

We know that Telangana Cm plays his master stroke carefully and tactfully when needed.

The ruling party of Telangana, the TRS, generally seen as friendly to the Ruling party BJP it was a firm supporter of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's demonetisation move, which was derided by most opposition parties is suggesting that the BJP should not take its backing for granted.

The term of President Pranab Mukherjee, who was elected in 2012, expires in July 2017.



The congress party feels that if it has the support of all regional parties it may field its own candidate.

so Congress has also contacted TRS party.Some people say that CM has not offered support to congress party because CM knows that if he supports Congress his future political Ambitions will be gambled.

Congress is left with the small hope that CM will change his decision to support BJP because of the ongoing tussle between the Central government and TRs over the minimum support price of Chilli.

so the president election ball is in KCR court.
