India to build tallest bridge

Srinagar MAY 4: Did u visit Eifel Tower? I hope all will be mesmerized by the height of the tower.

Soon India will break that record.

Indian railways is building world's tallest bridge on the Chenab river located in Jammu and Kashmir.

The height of the bridge is 359 meters from the bed of the river.The bridge is 35 meters taller than Eiffel tower.

The cost of the bridge is 1100 crores.The building will be completed in 2019.



The bridge is being built as a part of railway connectivity between Udhaumpur -Srinagar- Baramaula railway project.

Finally, the engineers said that if this project is completed then India will have successfully overcome the challenge.
