Brahmins to get salary from special fund

Hyderabad MAY 3: The priests and temple employees of Telangana will now get a salary in a regular manner.

The priest's salary will be credited to their bank account from the special brahmin development fund.

The decision to create special brahmin development found was taken by a cabinet subcommittee on Tuesday.

We already know that cm KCR has announced the creation of brahman perisheth/corporation in Telangana.

The cabinet subcommittee headed by endowment minister Indra Karan reddy has decided the following

*Priests and Temple officials of the urban region to
get monthly RS 10,000 salary.

*Priests and Temple officials of rural Region to get
monthly RS 8000 salary.

*Without commissioners Approval no recruitment of
employees in the endowment department.

*To extend the dhoop, dheep Navaidyam scheme to 1200
temples.

*To bring online services in temples such as Arjith
Seva Ticket bookings etc in all temples.

*To promote Pilgrimage Tourism in Telangana.

Finally, the priests to get honored by Telangana
government.
