CM KCR gift to contract employees

Hyderabad MAY 3: A good news for contract employees.

The contract employees are going to get a hike in the salary.

We know that in government junior colleges and degree colleges the employees are hired on the basis of a contract. These employees contract will be renewed every year.

The contract employees generally get less salary and allowances as compared to regular employees.The CM KCR has promised that he will regularize all contract employees.

But the CM has withdrawn that promise because recently High Court has said that regularizing contract employees is illegal.

So in order to keep employees, happy CM has taken another decision to increase the salary of contract lecturers.

Yesterday he has signed on a file to increase the salary of lecturers.

The new salary of employees are as follows

*Contract lecturers in Junior colleges RS 37,100 (earlier it was 18,000 in Dec 2016 it was increased to 27000).

*Contract Lecturers in Polytechnic colleges RS 40,270.

*Contract Lecturers in Degree colleges RS 43,670

Finally, the contract lecturers association members have said that at last the CM has accepted our demands and he is our true hero.
