Two held,for robbery at Secunderabad

Hyderabad, May 02: The Secunderabad Railway Police have arrested two persons, for allegedly involved in eight cases of theft and snatchings and recovered property worth Rs 5.50 lakh from them.

According to S Rajendra Prasad, The Superintendent in-charge of Police (railways), the two suspects Tamatta Pavan Singh (19) and Tamatta Sanjay Singh (19) both Nepal nationals were involved in property offenses at the Secunderabad railway station.

This apart, the duo was also involved in various offenses like bike theft, house burglaries, temple offenses in Malkajgiri, Tukaramgate, Karkhana, Marredpally, Gopalapuram, Begumpet, Market, Amberpet, and Ramgopalpet police station areas.

The duo also got into trains posing as passengers and after collecting bags of passengers jumped out of moving trains, an official added.
