BS III registration can be done for Tractors.

Hyderabad April 29: As we all know that Supreme Court gave an order banning the Manufacture, Distribution, and Sale Of BS-III vehicles pan India from April 1, 2017.

After this order, many two-wheeler companies have given huge discounts up to RS 20,000 on two wheelers.

Even though more than one month has passed since the order given by supreme Court there is some Confusion in Officer regarding the registration of tractors.

To clear the confusion in the officials regarding tractors the Telangana tractor dealers advisor CLN Gandhi gave a representation to Officials.

The representation Included that the Supreme Court ban is not applicable to Tractors which are used for agricultural purposes.

He said that they examined the order and it the order nowhere mentions about agriculture tractors and all other states has registered tractors.

Finally, tractors association urged the government to resolve this issue fastly so that the farmers are not involved in trouble.
