This Complaint redressal Mechanism was launched my Telanganas Municipal Corporation Minister KTR. Minister said that he was inspired by Union Railways Minister Suresh Prabhu's policy "Tweet your complaint and get relief".

After launching this facility minister said that he want to make use of Social Media for Public governance.
Although the Minister launched this facility 1 year back the results are showing now.

There is an increase in the number of Complaints using social media.

The reasons for Sucess of this mechanism are

1) Quick Response from concerned officials.

2) Minister and GHMC commissioner's special attention on complaint so that official act.

3) Increased awareness in people about usage of social Media
