2G scam case arguments concludes

New Delhi April 20: A special court has been concluded that the final arguments in the 2G spectrum allocation scam case involving former Telecom Minister A Raja, DMK MP Kanimozhi and others as accused, six years after the CBI filed the first charge sheet.

While going to matter, Special Judge O.P. Saini, who is exclusively dealing with the cases arising out of the 2G spectrum scam, is likely to pronounce the verdict in the three cases within three months.

The Special court has been hearing the three cases — two filed by the CBI and the third by the Enforcement Directorate.
