Register all marriages within one month.

Sangareddy April 19: In order to prevent the Child Marriages Govt had alraedy came up with an Innovative Plan that to register all marriages within one month.

While coming to matter, District Legal Services Authority Secretary, Justice M Kanakadurga instructed the officials to ensure that all marriages are registered to control child marriages in district Sangareddy.

In an orientation program conducted for the officials at gram panchayat on Compulsory Registration of Marriage Act at Collectorate here on Tuesday, Justice Kanakadurga asked officials concerned at the village level to register all marriages.

Vasam Venkateshwarlu who is a Joint collector had called upon the officials and public to take control of child marriages as a social responsibility.

Zilla Parishad CEO Ravi also added that newly married couples must obtain marriage registration certificate within a month after marriage.
