Unexpected murderers imprisonment period reduced

New Delhi, April 13: From now onwards the candidates who are unexpectedly murdering the other person will be sentenced to 10-year jail instead of life long prison.

Coming to details, The Supreme had finalized the decision that " the candidates who are unexpectedly murdering the other person will be sentenced to 10-year jail instead of life long prison" said here on Tuesday

The decision took place in the case of Surain Singh, who belongs to Punjab was unexpectedly collided with the person and eventually, the other person has died.the incident took in the year of 1995.

From this point of view, the supreme court orders the 10 years jail fro the accused person iNstead of lifelong prison.
