Leadership qualities will never be limited to schools (or) colleges (or) whatever may be. Even if we are homemakers also it is possible to do so.

* Planning and coordination is the main problem, which is great effects on leadership maintenance.If have these two qualities, then you will perform perfectly as a leader.

* If you organising an event, then you should be the main attraction, then try to wear well designed and colourful costumes.These attract the more people.

* In the case of tours with friends or relatives, Don't discuss plannings thoroughly and Don't explain about the money issues or expenses.

* You should maintain the smile in the total event.

* Do not point out a unique person and don't criticise anyone.

* Remember that You should not to express bad things on a single person.

* You must maintain the patience while organising the event.
