A Minor boy held for abusing a girl student

Hyderabad, March 30: Now a days, Most of the minor girls are attacked by the male miscreants, who are abusing them brutally.

Whie coming to matter, The Chikkadpally police has arrested a 19-year-old boy on Wednesday for eloping with a minor girl and sexually abusing her.

According to the additional inspector, TMN Babji, the accused, identified as Rohith, told the victim who is a class 9 student that he was in love with her and convinced her to run away.

"The victim and Rohith had run away to Mumbai. They did not inform their parents about their relationship," he said. They reportedly run away in a bid to get married but owing to the paucity of funds, it could not happen.

The accused has been booked and arrested under relevant sections of the Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
