Techie Murder case, 4 held

Hyderabad, March 29: Here is another suicide case of a woman has occurred in Begumpet.A woman had committed suicide here in Hyderabad for unable to put up with the harassments by her husband and in-laws on March 25.

While going to matter, Hyderabad Begumpet police on Tuesday arrested four persons for their alleged role in the suicide of Advanced Minerals Directorate (AMD) employee Bhagya Lakshmi.

The victim Ch Bhagya Lakshmi had married S Shashidhar on March 25, 2016, and she committed suicide by hanging at AMD staff quarters in Brahmanwadi on March 25,2017. Bhagya Lakshmi wrote a suicide note on the bedroom wall saying that her in-laws were responsible for her death. Based on the complaint lodged by the victim's father Ch Krishna, police registered a case under section 304-B (dowry death) of the IPC.

After a detailed investigation, police arrested Bhagya Lakshmi's husband S Basker Rao Sashidhar, 27, an analyst at the Internet near Hi-Tech City, his parents, and Rajalingam's sister Ramani, 49.

"The victim's sister-in-law Sireesha and two of her family members Manoj and Shiv Kumar are absconding,"ACP, Begumpet, S Ranga Rao said.

The arrested accused were remanded in judicial custody.
