HC seeks brief report from AP & TS

Hyderabad, March 24: As we know that, Already Supreme court had given the verdict that, The environmental studies must be in the syllabus of all classes of education up to Intermediate.

The HIGH court has questioned the both the governments of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana for not following the supreme court's judgment and asked the officials of the Educational department.

A Petition was filed by T.Dhangopal Rao for not adding the environmental studies to the syllabus in all classes of education, which was hearing in the High Court on Tuesday.

From this aspect, Justice Ramesh Ranganathan and Justice Shahim has ordered the official to give the brief report of ignorance of SC's judgment.The petition was postponed to April 18.
