Schedule your busy schedule

In reality, most of us do know that Exercise is a necessary part of our life. Though we know it, but we will not suppose to do it because of our laziness and for that we reason it as we don't have time, we are busy, we are that we are this, blah... blah......

Being busy in our works is a good thing that everyone accepts. But, we ourselves has to assign a special time for our health. Otherwise, we may fall under many harmful effects.

Okay!! No need to give your time, you can even do exercises from the place of your work (or) any.

Here are the basics of exercise which you can do as possible:

1. For example, if you are habituated to wake up early in the morning at 06:30 am, try to wake up 20 min early and you can do stretching workouts like hands, neck, leg movements etc. This will helps you to make the habit of exercise as part of your life.

2. Nowadays everything had become ready-made. Things you need are coming on your doorsteps and due to that you are relaxing not to go anywhere which further leads to your laziness. This has been the worst habit of us. Instead, you to walk (or) go to the shop to buy.

3. Never sleep as soon as after the completion of dinner, try to walk at least 15 minutes after the completion of dinner, it helps you in proper digestive system.

4. If you are unaware of how to proceed, you need not worry. You can even watch the fitness videos in Youtube which will provides you better ways.
