Syllabus will be changed every year

New Delhi, March 16: The All India Council for Technical Education(AICTE) has focused on the syllabus of Engineering education. Already, It has announced about the common entrance test for Agriculture and Engineering along with NEET National Eligibility cum Entrance Test exams.

Now, It has taken a new decision, which states that to change the syllabus of engineering and agriculture exams for every year except IITs. IT will be applicable in the year of 2018 for common entrance tests.Hence, the lecturers also have to learn and teach the syllabus to the students of Engineering.

This decision will be harm to the colleges, which does n't have any separate facilities including lecturers. West Bengal and Tamil Nadu had raised the objections against the decision of AICTE.

However, AICTE has warned that, The states Which have not accept the decision, those will be removed from the approval of AICTE.

Presently, The engineering syllabus has been changing for every 5 years, but the yearly change of syllabus is specified.

AICTE has decided to give the training to the lecturers through the stage of Study webs of active learning for young aspiring minds. For this training, the govt has sanctioned the Rs 250 crores.

In countrywide, there are 3300 Engg colleges, nearly 16 lakhs of students have been joining in the colleges. So, The colleges will have to select the merit students by conducting tests.

Next AICTE will concentrate on the reduction of fees, which the students are going to pay to colleges.
