GST Service Center launched by EST Commissioner

Vijayawada, March 09: A new Goods and Service Tax(GST) service center has been launched by the Additional Commissioner of Central Excise and Service Tax V Nagendra Rao on Wednesday at C R building on Bandar Road.Speaking on the occasion, Nagendra Rao said the service center would assist the taxpayers who are migrating from Automation of Central Excise and Service tax (ACES) and Value Added Tax (VAT) systems to GST network. He also said Central Excise and Service payers have to complete the migration to the GST network by March 31 to facilitate the smooth rolling out of GST. The tax payers can contact the service centre if they would find any difficulty in migration process.
