Hyderabad, March 09: Now, The Telangana Government has been planning to next development in the form of a number of mobile applications being developed or promoted in the field of technology. At the Telangana Tech Summit organised by the CII (Confederation of Indian Industry), IT Secretary Jayesh Ranjan said that apart from providing internet access through optic fibers across the State, they are also focusing on making people digitally literate. Mr. Ranjan said that they want to roll out the apps so as to help people of various professions leverage technology to improve their incomes.Delivering the inaugural address, Subrata Saha, Deputy Chief of Army Staff (Planning and System), said they were convinced that solutions for India s war against various forces should come from within the country. He said they favored schemes which give scope for wider participation of even medium and small enterprises. He informed that as part of their outreach programme, they were engaging and collaborating with industries and academia. Four MoUs had been signed with four IIT institutions, he added.
