AYUSH notification gets with condition of Eamcet

Hyderabad, March 9: Confusion in Ayush notification has not yet concluded.One of the main reasons for the delay in notification is said to be whether admissions for AYUSH courses should be taken up through EAMCET or National Eligibility cum Entrance Test. Last year, these admissions were made through the EAMCET.Recently, the Union Ministry of AYUSH had asked the State government to do admissions for AYUSH courses through NEET only. However, till date, there was no official note received by the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) which conducts the common entrance examinations.Now officials are keen to put a notification on Ayush with conditions of Eamcet Notification said one of the senior officials.In fact, the TSCHE had approached the Department of Health, Medical and Family Welfare seeking clarification over the issue, but is yet to receive clarity from the department.Another reason that officials attribute for the delay in notification relates to finalizing of the online service providers who take care of services like online registrations, payment of registration fee and download of hall-tickets.The senior officials will discuss with Minister "Kadium Srihari" on the issue of online service providers for ICCET, LAWCET examinations.
