Cab services faces GPS troubles

Hyderabad, March 05: We all knew that The taxi system brought a new revolution by using GPS(Global Position system) in smartphones.There are several cab services are running successfully like UBER and OLA etc.These services have mainly depended on the Google Maps GPS system.The price for travelling also depends on GPS only by deciding rupees per kilometre.In these cab services, Passenger has sent the GPS location to the cab driver, then the driver will arrive and dropped the passenger with respect to his destination.In these days, There several problems raising related to GPS locations.Most of the customers had suffered from these GPS location problems.The experts say that"There are several reasons behind this problem.Almost all are using google maps only because, it can easily find the location with audio directions. The GPS system must need an internet connection with data and proper signal.The users have used the low-quality smartphones and china phones, then the accuracy has fallen and shows fault location.In future, the 3D mapping will provide by google, hence all these kind problems will be solved," they added.The passengers have struggled with a delay of cab drivers to reach the destinations and also suffered with high cost provided by OLA and UBER cab services.
