Lawyer arrested for fraud

Panjagutta Hyderabad, March 2: A lawyer has been arrested here in Hyderabad for showing the morphed documents which are similar to original documents.According to the Panjagutta police officials, Sayyad Jakir Uddin Ahmad, who belongs to Malkapet has been working in the judicial department as a lawyer.He has been searching for the room (rent) with his broker saber, finally, he found the Apartment in Panjagutta, Durga Nagar named as Viru castle Apartment.Jakir and broker saber had approached the Viru Castel Apartment owner, Nishanth in chinthal. He has been agreed for the rent proposal which is 19000/month. Finally, he told that to the owner " we will come after one week into the apartment".He also gave that, two months advance with 6000 rupees liquid cash and 32000 rupees in the form of the check. He also said that " I will come back with agreement documents and have to furnish the apartment and locked the apartment and he went".On that day he taken a voter card by using the apartment door number, and paid the electricity bill and at last taken an account from the bank with the help of voter ID.By using his knowledge according to the judicial department, he took an injection order by submitting the all the documents. later court has given an injection order.After completion of three days, Apartment owner went to the bank and given the check which was taken by the jakir.Later bank officer said that the check was stamped payment".However, the owner filed a case on the Sayyad jakir in Panjagutta police station.Police have been arrested the accused person Jakir and investigating the case.
