Hyderabad, February 22: The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) has decided to provide online self-assessment system enabling submission of applications through GHMC website "www.ghmc.gov.in", which helps to ease the process of property tax payment assessment for new construction and make it more transparent,The business can use the features of "e-registrations – Property Tax" Self Assessment Form. From website observation, mobile number registration is mandatory for which a one-time password will be generated and entering which the application form gets displayed for filling in details of the property.The GHMC Commissioner, B. Janardhan Reddy said the decision on online assessment was taken following information that property owners of new constructions were willing to pay the property tax but were facing problems in assessments due to various reasons.After submitting of all details, you can check your amount.
