We can t escape from that, instead, we can protect ourselves from Sunny days by following the above steps:1. More Water consumption:Drinking water for 5-6 liters helps to increase your health and You can calculate your daily drinking water by following bellow formula:drinking water in liters= (your weight/10)-2.for example your weight= 60kgthen 60/10-2= 4 liters.you have to take 4 liters every day.2. Fresh fruits & Vegetables: Try to consume more and more fruits, which keeps you healthy & energetic. You can have juices to get instant results.3. Daily Exercise:You need to start doing some Aerobic activity to keep your heart healthy and strong. Try to spend some time in swimming, which will help your body movement.4. Protect yourself from Sun s UV rays:Protect your body from direct sunlight. The UV rays from the sun can cause serious problems on the skin like rashes, dryness, burning of skin, skin cancer etc. Use of sunglasses will help you cool and comfort.5. Relax and breathe:whenever you stress feel, just your body needs to relax and breathe. So just try to start your own hobby likes gardening, etc.6. Drink Green tea:Don t drink alcohol, caffeine and etc. Try to start drinking green tea as it insists a lot of health benefits to your body. Having green tea early in the morning will help you feel relaxed and also helps in losing your body weight.7. Never skip breakfast:Every day try to have breakfast rich in protein., execute your daily work in a right time.
