And also giving rise to new life is the only thing adds perfectness to her life.So, today am here to say some interesting aspects and helpful tips regarding pregnancy: # Every day enough sleep is very much essential along with the healthy food and fruits as part of their daily meal.# There should be no Junk, Processed (or) saturated food taken.# Woman should be completely away from stress. If there is much stress, the baby starts crying due to the Production of Cortisol hormone. It may even effect the baby to lose weight.# This can be reduced by listening music, meditation, hot water bath. More hot water will effect baby health, so use slight warm water.MONTH WISE PREGNANCY TIPS:# During the first month of Pregnancy, you have to walk 20-30 minutes per a day. If anyone has low line placenta, you should not do any exercise.# In first 3 months, do exercises only by standing.# From 5th month, the baby will have a capable of listening. So, it s better to interact with the baby.# Baby will start seeing with the help of mother s eye. So, start observing only positive shades of any.# Generally, during the 7th month, the baby will be moving in forward direction, but sometimes baby may reverse direction at that time we do the process of the rotation of the abdomen in around a child. # This process will take 12 to 15 minutes.if we want to clear this process, we have an old technique like by doing daily parwath asana, then baby can rotate automatically.# As the months pass on, the baby will have the capable of smell and taste.
