Hyderabad, February 11: Working women of today s generation are not at all conscious about their health. If the pattern continues this way, the effect of that will be very high. On this perspective, women have to change her lifestyle.Here are the few tips for a healthy body:1. The Woman doesn t get the sufficient time to allow for herself. The time is all enough with the cooking and getting the children ready for their schools. There is no time to do exercises (or) to follow any fitness. So, during the work, it is better to walk as much as possible. Walking for 2-3 minutes in an hour keeps you healthy and fit. If that is not possible at the office you can even make it as your daily activity.2. The major problem that every woman faces after pregnancy is the loss of bone density. So, for that, they have to spend some time under the morning sunlight which eventually improves health along with vitamin-D supply. Which indeed actives the body.3. In order to reduce nutrition-related problems, Fruit consumption is very much essential. Every time different kind of fruits helps to reduce malnutrition.4.If we drink more water, it helps to reduce stress and it clears the waste in our body, it will maintain good hair and skin. And also there is no scope for more weight.5. To make body active, we have to spend time with children, if possible, we should play games like dance, running etc.... for a half an hour either morning or evening.6.As much as possible we should plan for sleep early and wake up.If we do this every day, these tips keep you healthy.
