Cyber criminals stole 1 lakh as saying RBI

Hyderabad February 02: The Cyber criminals have stolen nearly of Rs. 1 lakh from three different accountsof a senior citizen on January 30. According to the information from complainant, the retired employee was relentlessly cheated by criminals after providing his debit/credit card details to them.Coming to the details, Claimed with the Cyber Crime Department, the Complainant had received three different calls from unknown persons, who pretended to act like they are calling from RBI i.e., Reserve Bank of India.The senior citizen helplessly gave his details after which the scamers used the money after making him believe that its all the part of process.As a result, attempting different transactions the criminals had stolen !lakh rupee of a senior citizen.
