Staff of the Library members will get salary from treasury

Hyderabad January 30: Good news for the employees of Library as they are getting salaries direct from the treasury.while coming to matter, Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Kadiyam Srihari on Sunday promised that all employees working in the libraries would get their salaries directly from the treasury.Speaking at a meeting of the library employees here, he stated that the proposal was sent to the GOVT already but it was sent back due to some reasons. It would be sent again for the clearance.Stressing the need for digitalization of libraries, the Minister said orders were already issues to provide computers with internet facility and wi-fi in all libraries and the work was in progress.On the demand for increasing the library cess, he said even the existing cess was not being given to the department by the local bodies.
