E-mail is defined as Electronic-email and it is derived from electronic device so it called as electronic mail.In short, we call it as an E-MAIL.Nowadays Email has been an essential part of in our life.By using email we can send more matter within the fraction of seconds.Email is useful for communication, marketing, promotion, mobility, and follow-up. An email is a tool that delivers messages instantaneously and is accessible from nearly anywhere around the world. An Email consists of text, images, documents, links and other attachments useful for communication. Correspondence with friends and internal business communication are both daily uses for email.Indirectly e-mail is a synonym for a letter, in our previous days we can send the letters to our beloved ones through post boxes, it takes to deliver that letter within 1 day /one week or some more time to deliver the letter.Time is essential in our life so instead of writng letters we are using emails,By using electronic mail we can send the messages to our beloved persons across the country with in the short period of time.All the Govt sectors and private companies excessivly using the e-mails now a days.By using e-mail we can send multiple mails at a time.we can send one email to thosands of computer within seconds of time.In our previous days letters are played vital role to communicate between two persons or officers etc.Huge number of paper were used in our olden days to communicate to others.so much of paper was wastage in our olden days.In order to overcome with this email has introduced.As society turns to digital life e-mail plays key role in our life.By using e-mail we can save the tons of paper.When it comes to drawback of an e-mail we are lacking in the commincation.For example,in our olden days each evrey lettter as format they follow only that criteria to write the letter.As society has changed , technolgy also changed similarly writing letters are also changed,Now a days youth unaware of writing letters,they are lack behind in commmunication.
