Huzurnagar Elections: TRS won by a majority of 43,000 votes

TRS candidate Saidi Reddy registered a huge victory from Huzurnagar in the by-election. He won by a majority of 43,000 votes.

Congress candidate Padmavathi Reddy polled 67,000 votes and stood in second place. She was nowhere close to the TRS candidate right from the initial rounds.

Incidentally, Bharathiya Janatha Party and Telugu Desam Party had disastrous campaign this time around.

BJP candidate Kota Rama Rao and TDP candidate Kiranmai polled 2565 and 1759 votes respectively. These candidates got less than votes than independent candidate, Sapavath Suman(2607) and that sums up the situation.

Both BJP and TDP campaigned extensively in Huzurnagar but they were not even remotely close to Congress and TRS.
