Kareena Kapoor and Akshay Kumar starts Shooting for Karan Johar's 'Good News'

MUMBAI, February 13 - The Khiladi of Bollywood, Akshay Kumar is undoubtedly one of the busiest actors of B-Town, who does at least 3 films per year. The 51-year old actor was spotted yesterday at a residential parking lot in Oshiwara, where he was shooting for Karan Johar's Good News along with co-star Kareena Kapoor Khan. The sequence, which started early in the day, wrapped-up around 9 at night and in the shot, Akki was seen riding a bicycle. Our little munchkin Taimur Ali Khan also arrived on the set in the evening to spend some time with mommy Kareena.

The film also stars Diljit Dosanjh and Kiara Advani in key roles and is directed by Raj Mehta. The film is set to hit the screens on September 6 and will clash with director Anurag Basu's untitled venture, which features the ensemble cast of Abhishek Bachchan, Rajkummar Rao, Fatima Sana Shaikh, Aditya Roy Kapur, Sanya Malhotra, and Pankaj Tripathi.

Akshay Kumar will be next seen in Kesari which is again produced by Karan Johar. For those of you who don’t know, Kesari is based on the Battle of Saragarhi that took place between the Sikh soldiers of the British Indian Army and the Pashtun Orakzai tribesmen in 1897. Directed by Anurag Singh, Kesari is all set to release on Holi 2019. Parineeti Chopra will also play a pivotal role in this period of war drama.

Kareena Kapoor Khan will be also seen in the movie 'Takht' produced by Karan Johar. It will be a multi starrer period drama which will star Ranveer Singh, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Alia Bhatt, Vicky Kaushal, Bhumi Pednekar, Janhvi Kapoor and Anil Kapoor.
