Priyanka Gandhi Wears Jeans In Delhi But Turns Up In Saree & Sindoor During Her Campaigns'-BJP

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP, Harish Dwivedi made a sexist remark over Congress general secretary of Uttar Pradesh East, Priyanka Gandhi.

Dwivedi said while talking to media Priyanka Gandhi wears jeans and t-shirt in Delhi, but when she visits her constituency she adorns the saree and sindoor.

Earlier, BJP leader and Bihar minister Vinod Narayan Jha took a dig at Priyanka's political entry and said that “votes cannot be won on the basis of beautiful faces.” He further said that she is beautiful but does not hold any political achievement.

BJP MP Subramanian Swamy also made an objectionable remark against Priyanka, asserting that "she is suffering from a bipolar personality disorder". Swamy also claimed that Priyanka has temper issue and she beats up people after losing her cool.

Taking a swipe at the Congress over Priyanka Gandhi Vadra's entry in politics, senior BJP leader Kailash Vijayvargiya had said that the party was fielding "chocolaty" faces in Lok Sabha polls as it has a dearth of strong leaders.

Ever since Priyanka was appointed as the AICC general secretary for UP East, She has been at the receiving end of such remarks.
