Crispy Herb Chicken
Fresh breadcrumbs 2 Cups
cheese, grated 1/3 Cup
Parsley, finely chopped 2 Tbsp Fresh
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Plain flour 1/2 Cup
Milk 1 Tbsp
Chicken breast cubes 500 Gram
Oil to deep fry
In a bowl Combine breadcrumbs, parmesan, and parsley and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper.
Take flour in a bowl. Whisk egg and milk together in a shallow bowl.
Coat chicken Pieces in flour. Dip in egg mixture. Coat in breadcrumb mixture.
Repeat with remaining chicken.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
Cook chicken, in batches, for 4 to 5 minutes each side or until golden and cooked through. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towel to drain.
Serve hot with your favorite dip.
Clotted Cottage Cheese Croquettes Recipe
2gms black pepper
2gms black salt
80gms bread crumb
20gms corn flour
100ml refined oil
5gms jeera powder
200gms cottage cheese
Roast the cottage cheese in the oven, to evaporate moisture from it. Mash it and add salt, pepper, jalapeno, roasted jeera powder, corn flour, and maida.
Mix and mash it nicely. Make equal size croquettes.
Apply the corn flour and maida batter and roll on the bread crumb.
Deep fry and serve hot
