Nani injured on sets of 'Jersey'

Hyderabad, January 28: Nani is currently working on his upcoming sports drama Jersey . The film is being directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri and it is progressing at the brisk pace. The latest news came out from the sets of Jersey that Nani s nose has got injured on the sets of this film. According to the sources Nani has suffered from a minor injury on sets.

The injury is minor and he will come back to the sets without any break. Recently, the makers of Jersey spoke about the film. They said, "The basic plot of Jersey revolves around the concept of late bloomers. Some people pursue their dreams only after a certain age and they still achieve success. They are known as late bloomers. We have plenty of success stories with regards to it in different fields. But, in the case of the sports field, the late bloomer concept is somewhat difficult to apply, because the sports demands physical fitness. After a certain age, to compete in sports is a very tough task. Likewise, Jersey is the story of a man who is settled in life with his wife and kid but aspires to be an Indian cricketer".

The film is producing by Suryadevara Naga Vamsi under the Sithara Entertainments banner. Sraddha Srinath will be seen as the female lead opposite to Nani.
