Narasimhan hoisted the flag at Vijayawada

Amaravati, January 26: 70th Republic Day celebrations are grandly held in Vijayawada. Governor Narasimhan hoisted the flag at IGMC stadium and received a guard of honor from police battalion.

In this regard, the showcase of Tableaus of various departments and the march of different armed forces were the special attraction to the visitors at the parade.

The The tableau of the Information department got the first place, Forest department stood in second and Tourism department won the third place at the parade.

Indian Army, NCC boys stood in the first place as best Republic day parade march and AP Special police, NCC girls stood in the second place.
