Veteran actress Bhanupriya in Sexual molestation case

Bhanupriya is probably, introduction not required actress of south cinema. She has almostly retired from movies long ago, excepting some of her mother and guest roles which she had done occassionally. Now, this yester-age actress had been landed in trouble with the allegations of sexually harrassement and Physically abusing a minor girl. A police case has been filed against her regarding a complaint lodged by a women named Prabhavathi at Samalkota police station in AndhraPradesh a few days back.

It says that she is from an economically backward class and her 14 year old daughter Sandhya has been under the employment of Bhanupriya.Prabhavathi alleged that Banupriya had promised rupees ten thousand a month as salary for Sandhya but had not paid for the past 18 months and also sandhya had been sexually molested and physically abused and also beaten up by Banupriya s elder brother Gopalakrishnan.

Police went to Chennai to hold inquiries with Banupriya and her brother in this Case. Now Bhanupriya was explaining her part of the story stating that the girl had stealed twenty five to thirty gold jewels and cash upto one lakh fifty thousand. Her alleged version is that in these months she used to take a bangle or earring and cash and hide them and whenever her mother visits once in three months she would give it to her.

According to Bhanupriya, her brother Gopalakrishnan had caught Sandhya red handedly and then she begged not to give police complaint. Then they contacted her mother, she came from AndhraPradesh and returned some of the valuable things. Bhanupriya denies that her brother sexually abused the girl and has claimed that she would take legal action against them.
