Final Chargesheet filed on attack on YS Jagan

Amaravathi, January 24: It s well known about the murder attempt on YSRCP president Y.S.Jagan Mohan Reddy on 25th october 2018 at Visakhapatnam Airport. The NIA, National Intellegence Agency team investigating about this issue has filed its final chargesheet in NIA Special Court on 23rd jan 2019. Special Court judge Passed orders to keep the Charge sheet content Confidential.

The accused Srinivas Rao is mentioned as A1 in chargesheet. The content in chage sheet may be revealed by the court on 25th jan 2019. Special NIA Public Procecuter reported to Court that the evidences will be produced after further investigation. Subsequent inquiry on the two memos filed by advocates on behalf of the accused Srinivas was postponed further hearing to jan 25th.

It is said that the attacker's lawyers submitted a memo stating that the NIA had in its possessing a 22 page letter written by the accused, Srinivasa Rao and wanted it to be given to them. They further told the NIA court that they were not informed. They submitted a separate memo stating that interrogation conducted in their absence should be taken into account.

Its been said that the NIA team kept the advocate representing the accused, Saleem informed on exactly when and where Srinivas Rao was being taken, the time and location of the questioning, on a regular basis. The NIA Special Public Prosecutor is also learnt to have submitted screen shots to the Court about the same.
