We will implement the Delhi model in Punjab: Delhi CM

New Delhi, January 20: Here is the latest news that, Aam Aadmi Party will contest all 13 seats in the upcoming 2019 Lok Sabha elections, the party s national convener Arvind Kejriwal announced today (January 20).

Ahead of addressing a rally in Punjab s Sangrur, The Delhi Chief Minister said: "People of the country are fed up with the Modi government. Amit Shah and Modi have ruined the country. They have poisoned the hearts of the people. If they come to power again they will divide the country. They will not let the Constitution survive."

When asked about the AAP s plans for Punjab, Kejriwal said that the party intended to bring the Delhi model to Punjab.

"We will implement the Delhi model in Punjab. The kind of good work we have done in Delhi, we ll bring that to Punjab also," he said.

Kejriwal will now visit Barnala.On Saturday, Kejriwal said that he will organise a rally of Opposition parties in the national Capital. The announcement, at the United India rally in Kolkata, came a day after his AAP ruled out the possibility of an alliance with Congress in the upcoming polls. Will Congress be part of the meet that Kejriwal plans to host remains to be seen.
