NIA officials in Vizag

Amaravati, January 9: As we know that Jagan met Kodi Kathi attack in the month of October, now this case is handling by National Investigation Agency(NIA), in this regard NIA officials arrived in Visakhapatnam Saturday to take up the investigation.

NIA was asked to investigate into Opponent YS Jaganmohan Reddy about the Kodi Kathi Case approached Andra Pradesh High Court asking the court to direct Vishakapatnam Police to hand over all the documents and evidence collected in this case so far. Visakhapatnam Police have been rejected them without intimating to court and State Government.

NIA is also aking the court to transfer the case to Vijayawada Police, it may also ask the custody of the accused Srinivasa Rao who is in the remand. YCP is lashing that the Police department is wantedly not co-operating with NIA since they do not want the truth to be out.

YSR Congress is of the opinion that it is a clear case of Assassination attempt on the Opposition Leader aided by the State Government. So, it has got an NIA investigation approaching the High Court. It has to be seen if there will be any new twists in this case after the NIA’s investigation.
