Chandrababu to meet TDP MP's in Delhi

Amaravati, January 8: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu will meet the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) MPs in the national capital Tuesday. MP s of TDP is very hot on Parliament and they are demanding for their common rights. A senior leader from TDP informed that Chandrababu will arrive on Tuesday noon.

Naidu, who is playing a crucial role in bringing all the opposition parties together ahead of the Lok Sabha polls and also planning to meet other party leaders.

While the purpose of this meeting is unclear, it may be to discuss the suspend of TDP MP N. Shivaprasad for two days under Rule 374A, for disrupting House proceedings on Monday by Speaker Sumitra Mahajan. The TDP leaders have been protesting the denial of Special Category Status (SCS) to Andhra Pradesh by the NDA-led Centre.

The TDP leader also said after meeting his party MPs, Naidu will leave for Andhra Pradesh by a special aircraft in the night.
